700 Alumni & Growing!

Your experience in Jubilate doesn’t end at graduation. It goes on and on!

In fact, we can’t wait to see you at our next Reunion. Every 5 years, we come together to sing and worship. Friends are reunited. Soloists are back in the spotlight. And our spirits are recharged with laughter and food.

Plus, we’re thankful that you, our alums, support us all year long during our time at UVA.

Here’s How You Can Get Involved

Pray for Us

Please pray:
For singers who love the Lord and are willing to work hard to make an offering of musical praise.
For God’s guidance on tour destinations and concert sites.
That God will use Jubilate to bring people into a relationship with Him.
For health and protection for Jubilate’s members, especially when traveling.

Sing with Us

Come hear Jubilate sing if we’re inĀ your area. Bring your friends, neighbors, and relatives. Of course, we’ll invite you to sing Beautiful Savior with us. And you absolutely don’t want to miss the next Reunion!

Feed Us

We’re always excited to meet alumni at our Fall and Spring Retreats, where we build community and spend a gazillion hours laughing and learning new music. You feed us in so many ways – through actual food and mentorship and a hearty hello!

Recommend Us

Spread the word about your experience in Jubilate and recommend the group to all the UVA students you know.

Serve on the Alumni Board

A Message from an Alum

I was a member of Jubilate from 1975 through 1978 and it was hands down my favorite experience at UVa. I sang under the famous (or is it infamous?!) Carl Beard. Under Carl, we all learned so much about music but most of all how to sing with feeling. Music under Carl and with my fellow singers made my soul soar. Singing since then has been my most sincere form of prayer.

I have been married 35 years to Jim Cameron. We have two terrific kids, Jimmy and Teddy. We live in Northern Virginia near many members of my family. Jim and I run an editing business.

I was so pleased to serve on the Jubilate alumni board. It gave me a chance to reconnect with Jubilums I knew in college and to meet new friends.
